These general conditions of use, terms of sale and privacy policy regulate the use of the www.creaycocina.com website.

PURPOSE AND GENERALS

Through its website www.creaycocina.com, we provide information about its products and offers the possibility to acquire them. Due to the content and purpose of the Web Site, people who want to benefit from its services must become a "USER", which is acquired by completing the registration form and following the steps that Crea & Cocina send you via email.
The condition of USER implies adherence to the Terms of Use of the version published at the time of accessing the Website. In any case, there are pages of the Web Site accessible to natural or legal persons who do not register or initiate a product purchase (hereinafter "USERS").
In this sense, USERS accessing these parts of the Web Site agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in these General Conditions, to the extent that they may be applicable.
Crea & Cocina does not ship to P.O. boxes or military bases and does not accept any orders without the name of the recipient and the address.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The descriptions of the products displayed on the Website are based on the information provided by Crea & Cocina and its suppliers. The information given on each product, including photographs and videos displayed on the website www.creaycocina.com, is a guide. The colors on screen may depend on the configuration and resolution of the monitor or device screen. We try to reproduce the colors on the screen as closely as possible to the actual colors of the products.

PRICES

The prices of the products shown on the Web Site do not include taxes and levies.

AVAILABILITY

Crea & Cocina informs the USER that the number of available units is kept up to date with the stock in the warehouse. In no case will Crea & Cocina intentionally offer for sale more units than it has available.
Crea & Cocina will do everything possible to please all its USERS in the demand for products. However, sometimes, and due to causes difficult to control such as human error or incidents in computer systems, we cannot meet these demands.
In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the USER will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order and the refund will be made. The partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability does not entitle the cancellation of the entire order. If as a result of this cancellation the USER wants to return the delivered product, they must follow what is stipulated in our refund policy.

6-payment layaway terms

Layaway lets you secure your Revolución Crea equipment by paying 15% today and the rest in 6 monthly payments, with no interest and no surcharges.

1. How it works

  • On the product page, choose the 6-payment option and pay 15% of the price at checkout.
  • The rest is split into 6 monthly payments, one every 30 days. Before each due date we email you a secure link to pay it.
  • No interest, no surcharges. You see the amount of each payment before you pay and in each payment email.
  • You can finish early: write to us and we will send you a link for the full balance.
  • If you would rather pay an instalment in cash or by bank transfer, arrange it with us and we will record it as paid.
  • Discount codes, vouchers and coupons do not apply to layaway: the 15% and the monthly payments are based on the full price of the equipment. Discounts apply only to full-payment purchases.

2. Locked-in price

The total for your equipment is the price in effect on the day you started your layaway, even if the price rises afterwards, as long as you complete payment within 6 months.

3. If a payment is late

We will remind you by email. Your layaway stays active as long as you complete payment within the 6 months.

4. If you need more time

If the 6 months pass and you have not completed payment, get in touch: we can agree an extension so you can finish paying for your equipment. You will not lose what you have already paid.

The locked-in price is a benefit of the layaway and depends on completing payment within the 6 months. If an extension is agreed, the total becomes the price in effect at that time, and if the equipment has gone up you will need to cover the difference. Everything you have already paid is credited in full against that amount.

5. If you cancel your layaway

Other than in the withdrawal cases described in section 7, we do not issue cash refunds on amounts paid towards a layaway.

6. Delivery

  • Your equipment ships once the total has been paid in full.
  • If no units of that colour are available when you complete payment, your equipment will ship with our next import. We will tell you the estimated date as soon as we have it.
  • Delivery times are those set out in our shipping policy.
  • We issue your invoice once the total has been paid in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period runs from the moment you receive the equipment and applies to the complete purchase, on the terms of our refund policy: five (5) business days, product unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

8. Warranty

Your warranty starts on the day you receive the equipment and runs for one (1) year in Colombia and three (3) months in Mexico and the United States. Cover and exclusions are set out in our warranty policy.

By paying the initial 15% of your layaway you accept these terms.
