1. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

THE COMPANY undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the USER in the order form, and which in any case must be within the Territory. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the USER for indicating an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

THE COMPANY will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the USER in the order form does not conform to reality or has been omitted.

THE COMPANY informs the USER that the same order may be divided into several deliveries.

2. DELIVERY PERIOD

Shipments will be made through a courier company. The order placed by you will be delivered within a maximum period of five (8) business days, counted from the confirmation of payment of the order, this applies only to capital and intermediate cities. For rural areas and areas with little coverage, delivery will be made according to the transit conditions provided by the courier company.

Generally, for credit card payments for domestic sales, the order will be dispatched the business day after the sale has been made and for credit card payments issued abroad, the time will be two business days.

These terms are approximate, and therefore an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that they vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, THE COMPANY will inform its USERS as soon as it becomes aware of them. Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the USER, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company. Those cases in which the order has been made available to the USER by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the USER will not be considered delays in delivery.

Once the order leaves our stores, an e-mail will be sent notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped. For security reasons, THE COMPANY will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

III. DETAILS OF DELIVERY, DELIVERIES NOT MADE AND LOSS

If at the time of delivery the USER is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. THE COMPANY hires, as part of the courier delivery service, the performance of a series of follow-up actions, aimed at guaranteeing that delivery occurs.

If after 24 business hours after delivery of the order delivery has not been arranged, the USER must contact THE COMPANY. In the event that the USER does not proceed in this way, after 36 business hours from the delivery date of the order, it will be returned to our warehouses and the USER must bear the shipping and return costs of the merchandise, as well as the possible associated management costs.

3. DILIGENCE IN DELIVERY

The USER must check the good condition of the package before the carrier that, on behalf of THE COMPANY, delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery ticket any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging.

If, later, once the product has been reviewed, the USER detects any incident such as blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused to it by shipping, the USER undertakes to notify THE COMPANY via email in the shortest possible time. possible time, before the following 24 hours from the delivery. From that moment on, incidents of this type will not be dealt with (only parts under warranty).

4. RETURN PROCEDURE

All products purchased at THE COMPANY may be returned and reimbursed, provided that the USER informs THE COMPANY of his intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum period of up to 3 business days from the date of delivery. and that the rest of the conditions established in this section are met.

  • The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep its packaging, original labeling and stamp (including intact heat shrink all kinds of brands, stickers, seals, etc. and without any type of alteration)
  • The shipment must be made using the same box in which it was received to protect the product in such a way that it arrives at THE COMPANY's warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
  • A copy of the delivery form must be included in the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return are also marked.

In order to facilitate the return process for USERS and to be able to correctly monitor it, THE COMPANY establishes as the only return procedure that established by THE COMPANY. If the reason for the return is attributable to THE COMPANY (the product is defective, it is not the one that was ordered, etc.), the amount of the return will be refunded. If the reason is another, the cost of the return expenses will be borne by the USER. To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:

5. REFUNDS TO THE USER

The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned products. The USER must make the photographic record for these cases. Returns and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds.

THE COMPANY will manage the return order under the same system that was used for payment within a period of 3 business days from the confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order.

No refunds will be made in money corresponding to the value of the products; the customer will be able to redeem the refund on other products in the store. Reimbursements of shipments will be made in cash only to the cardholder's personal account, after a bank certification process.

The refund of money from the return of products will have a maximum period of 3 months to be used, otherwise the customer will lose the right to use it after this time.
