Electric mixing pot: what it is and what you can make with it
An electric mixing pot stirs on its own while the mixture heats on your stove. It is made for anything that needs steady heat and constant movement, like brigadeiro, custard or pastry cream, and it frees you from standing over the pot.
How it works
The pot sits on the stove, gas or electric. A 65 W motor turns the paddles at the speed you choose, so the mixture does not stick or burn at the bottom and cooks evenly from start to finish.
- Aluminum tray, available in three colors.
