Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

For our Revolución Crea equipment (Dough Sheeter, Electric Cake Turntable and Electric Mixing Pot) you may exercise your right of withdrawal within five (5) business days of receiving the equipment, provided that:

• the product has not been used;
• it keeps its original packaging, with labels and seals intact;
• it is in perfect condition, with all its accessories, the manual and the warranty.

Step 1

Write to hola@creaycocina.com before the deadline expires, stating your intention to withdraw and giving your order number.

Step 2

Attach the required documentation: order number, a copy of the identification document (it must match the person registered on the order) and proof of payment. For faulty products, please also include photographic evidence.

Step 3

We will confirm the address to which you should send or deliver the product, in the same condition and by the same means in which you received it. The return transport costs are yours, except where the product is faulty or does not correspond to the order: in those cases we also refund the shipping cost.

Step 4

The refund is made to the same payment method used for the purchase, for the value of the product, within three (3) business days of the product being confirmed as received at our warehouse.

Refunds outside the right of withdrawal

Refunds are issued only in the case of withdrawal. Outside those cases we do not return money.

If you acquired your equipment through layaway, the applicable conditions are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty

For our Revolución Crea equipment (Dough Sheeter, Electric Mixing Pot and Electric Cake Turntable), the warranty runs from the delivery date of the equipment, for the following term according to the country of purchase:

• Colombia: one (1) year
• Mexico: three (3) months
• United States: three (3) months

To make a claim it is essential to present the purchase information for the product and to take it to the authorised technical service point.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship, materials and electrical parts, for repairs and defects when duly verified by AND and Crea & Cocina (for legal purposes, registered as: SI LO IMAGINAS LO CREAS INC).

Grounds for voiding the legal warranty

• Use of the product and accessories outside normal conditions of use
• Altering the characteristics of the product or its accessories
• Improper transport, drops and accidents of any kind
• Misuse, neglect and failure to follow the instructions in the manual
• Installing the product in an unsuitable environment
• A defect caused by the consumer or by a third party unconnected to the manufacturer
• Any part or component added that was not supplied by the manufacturer, which is considered non-original
• Removal or alteration of the product's serial numbers
• Maintenance or repair by unauthorised persons
• Removing any part from the machine

What the legal warranty does not cover

• Labour, materials, spare parts and adaptations needed to prepare the product or its installation site (electrical supply, and so on)
• Installation carried out by unaccredited persons or entities
• Costs arising from the installation of parts and accessories that do not belong to the product, including those sold by technical service
• Cleaning or maintenance services
• Malfunctions caused by lack of cleaning, excess waste or foreign objects inside the machine
• Inspection or diagnosis costs, including the technician's visit, where the fault is found not to be covered by this warranty
• Parts subject to natural wear, moving or removable in normal use, such as buttons and handles, as well as the labour of fitting them
