Purpose and general provisions

Through its website www.creaycocina.com, Crea & Cocina provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them. Given the content and purpose of the Website, people who wish to benefit from its services must become a “USER”, which is done by completing the registration form and following the steps that Crea & Cocina sends by email.

Becoming a USER implies acceptance of the Conditions of Use in the version published at the time of accessing the Website. In any case, there are pages of the Website accessible to natural or legal persons who do not register and do not begin the purchase of a product (hereinafter “USERS”).

Crea & Cocina does not ship to post office boxes or military bases, and does not accept any order without the name and address of the recipient.

The descriptions of the products displayed on the Website are based on the information provided by Crea & Cocina and its suppliers. The information provided about each product, including photographs and videos shown on www.creaycocina.com, is indicative. Colours on screen may depend on the configuration and resolution of the monitor or device display. We try to reproduce colours on screen as closely as possible to the real colours of the products.

Prices

The prices of the products shown on the Website do not include taxes or duties.

Availability

Crea & Cocina informs the USER that the number of units available is kept up to date with warehouse stock. Crea & Cocina will never intentionally offer for sale more units than it has available.

Crea & Cocina will do everything possible to satisfy all its USERS' demand for products. However, on occasion, and for causes that are difficult to control such as human error or incidents in computer systems, we are unable to meet that demand.

If the product is not available once the order has been placed, the USER will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order and a refund will be issued. Partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability does not give the right to cancel the entire order. If, as a consequence of this cancellation, the USER wishes to return the product already delivered, they must follow the provisions of our return policy.

Layaway

The conditions applicable to equipment acquired through layaway — term, frozen price, deposit and delivery — are set out in full in our Terms and Conditions.
