Shipping policy

At Crea & Cocina we ship worldwide through our partner carriers, who guarantee security and coverage and make sure your products arrive in perfect condition at the address of your choice.

Delivery times

All orders are dispatched on business days. Our partner carriers only collect and deliver during business days and hours, so weekends and public holidays do not count.

• Colombia: between 1 and 4 business days.
• Mexico: up to 10 business days in urban areas and up to 20 business days in rural areas and secondary or tertiary cities and counties.
• United States: between 4 and 10 days, according to the times of the assigned carrier.

Please note that:

1. The delivery time starts counting when full payment of your order is completed.
2. We cannot guarantee that delivery times are exact, which is why the destination should always be a specific, secure address, such as a home or an office.
3. These times are estimates and may vary for logistical reasons or reasons of force majeure. If a delay occurs we will tell you as soon as we know.
4. If you have any question about your shipment, or if it does not arrive within the stated time, write to us at hola@creaycocina.com. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, Eastern Time (UTC-5).

Remember that…

Our payment platform has to approve the transaction after analysing the data. Credit card payments can take up to one (1) business day to be approved.

Once your payment is approved you will receive an email confirming your order. Later, when your order is dispatched, we will send you a further email with the tracking number, which lets you see the real location of the product and the estimated delivery date.

Shipping cost

This amount is calculated at checkout and shown to you when the order is settled.

Equipment on layaway

If your equipment was acquired through layaway, dispatch takes place once the full amount has been paid. The complete conditions are in our Terms and Conditions.
